This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice:
I am using the awesome work of Suzanne Woolcott which is a paid to use artist. You can purchase her tubes HERE
Alane's Garden Scrap kit By Alane which can be purchased HERE
No supplies included
Font: Agency
Open all your supplies in PSP

Open a new image 600 X 600 you can choose to flood fill your workspace or not, I choose not to

Select the grass from the kit if using the same kit as me, copy and paste as a new layer

Select a glass jar of choice, copy and paste as a new layer, apply a small drop shadow

Select the white fence from the kit, copy and paste as a new layer, duplicate your fence layer and position where desired, apply a drop shadow

Select your duck from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, apply a drop shadow

Select a flower pot of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, apply a drop shadow

Select a lady bug of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new later, place it on your flower pot, apply a drop shadow

Open a tube of choice, copy and paste as a new layer and place where desired

Select the rose thats included with the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place it where desired or in the hands of your tube as I did, apply a drop shadow

Select a bee of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and place where desired

Select a butterfly of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and place where desired

Select a bow of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place it on your duck and duplcate your bow layer and place a bow on your rose

Layers, new raster layer, apply your name and copy right information to your tag

Add what ever else elements you choose to add to your tag at this point

Once happy with your settings, save your tag as a "png" image and you are finished!
