This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X2 (any version will work) Tube of choice: I am using the awesome work of Keith Garvey which is a paid to use artist. You can purchase his tubes HERE Hello Baby Scrapkit By Alane which can be purchased HERE Rest of supplies was collected through various yahoo groups, if these are yours please let me know so I can give credit to you. Font: Mea Culpa Supplies used in this Tutorial can be accessed Here Open all your supplies in PSP Open a new image 600 X 600 and flood fill it with a color of choice, I choosed white Select a frame from the "Hello Baby" kit if using the same kit as I did, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer Click inside your frame with your magic wand tool, then go to selections, modify, expand by 5 Now select a paper of choice from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer Selections, invert and hit delete, then bring this layer below your frame layer, select none Select 2 cloud tubes of choice, resize them down a bit, copy and paste them as a new layer inside your frame Select a ribbon of choice from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and place where desired Open a tube of choice, copy and paste as a new layer and place where desired Add any other elements you choose to at this time and place where desired Add a drop shadow to all layers at this point Layers, new raster layer, add your name and copy right information to your tag Click on your paper layer and add a new raster layer Go to effects, plugins and find your VDL Adrenaline Snowflakes with these settings: Amount 40, Minimum Size 0, Maximum Size 15, Hardness 100, Transparency 0, Snow Colour Basic snow, Random Seed 0. On the same layer go to Adjust, Blur, Motion Blur, Angle 28, Strength 28. Select none, copy-merged your tag, paste as a new layer in animation shop Undo your rain settings and Repeat those 3 steps above however you will change the random seed to 110. Motion blur as above, Select none, copy-merged your tag, paste after current frame in animation shop Repeat all these steps one more time however you will change the random seed to 210. Motion blur as above, Select none, copy-merged your tag, paste after current frame in animation shop Once happy with your placings, save your tag as a "gif" image and that's a wrap!
