Open up 3 papers of choice and resize them down

Copy and paste your first paper of choice, image, rotate, free rotate, 5 degrees right

Repeat this step for your other 2 papers but instead on your second paper rotate it to the left and on your third paper do not rotate it

Apply a drop shadow of choice to all your papers layers

Select the Rhinestone Scallop and resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, rotate, free rotate 90 degress right and place where desired, duplicate that layer, go to image, mirror

Open a tube of choice resize if needed, copy and paste as a new layer and place where desired

Now duplicate your tube layer, image, mirror and drop your opacity down to about 30

Add any other elements you wish to add at this time. I added the cherries and a butterfly

Layers, new raster layer and add your copyright information as well as a saying of choice I wrote "Cherry Kisses" then apply your name as well

Layers, new raster layer and select your freehand tool and draw around your cherries then go to effects, plugins, xero, sparkles with this settings:

Copy-merged your tag and bring it over to Animation Shop and paste as a new animation

Back to PSP and undo your sparkles effect and re-apply but change your maximum to 999

Copy-merged your tag and bring it over to Animation Shop and paste after current frame

Repeat this step one more time but change your maximum to 1000

Copy-merged your tag and bring it over to Animation Shop and paste after current frame

Once happy with your settings, save your tag as a "gif" image and you are done!
