This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X2 (any version will work) Tube of choice: I am using the awesome work of Jennifer Janesko which is a paid to use artist. You can purchase her tubes HERE Scrapkit of choice I am using Highland Mist which you can purchase Here The only supply included is the animated star Font: GasolineSerifBTN Supplies used in this Tutorial can be accessed Here Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill it with white Select a paper of choice and resize it to 17% then copy and paste as a new layer Select another paper of choice and follow the steps above, move this paper a bit down Duplicate this layer and move it to the top area of your tag, see my tag for reference Select a ribbon of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, apply a drop shadow Duplicate your ribbon layer and place as shown in my tag above I also used another ribbon if you decide to add another ribbon then follow the steps above Select your preset shape and set it to rectangle and select 2 colors of choice and set your width to 8 and draw a rectangle Select a tube of choice, resize if needed, copy and paste as a new layer, apply a drop shadow to your tube layer and your rectangle layer Now select another ribbon of choice and resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and place it on the bottom of your rectangle frame Use your selection tool to get rid of any extra pieces Duplicate your ribbon layer and go to image, free rotate, 5 degrees left and place to your desire Select a bow ofchoice and resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and place it on top your ribbon (see tag for reference) Select your white and purple roses if using the same kit as I am, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, apply a drop shadow Use your deform tool to play around with your roses to make them sort of rotate a bit or use your free rotate option Add any other elements you choose at this time to your tag and apply a drop shadow to any layer you wish if you haven't already done so Layers, new raster layer and write a saying of choice, I choosed "Hau`oli La Ho'omana'o" which means "Happy Anniversary" in Hawaiian Layers, new raster layer and add your name along with your copyright information to your tag Copy-merged your tag and bring it over to Animation Shop Duplicate your tag 6 times so you have a total of 7 frames in A.S Click on your star animation and press CTRL + A then CTRL + C then click on your tag a press CTRL + A then CTRL + E and place where desired Repeat this step above to add more star animation around your entire frame or where ever you choosed to use this animation Once happy with your settings, save your tag as a "gif" image and that's a wrap!
