This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X2 (any version will work) Tube of choice: Little Girl's World Scrap kit By Alane which can be purchased HERE No supplies included Font: Biondi Open up your supplies and minimize them in psp Open a new image 600 X 600 and open a paper of choice from the kit and resize it down and paste as a new layer Select one of the jeans box from the kit if using the same kit as me, resize as needed, copy and paste as a new layer Select a lace of choice from the kit, resize, copy and paste as a new layer, use your selection tool to chop of the extra pieces, duplicate, image, mirror Now repeat the above steps so that your lace is around all four corners of the jeans box Select one of the flowers from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place where desired, duplicate, image, mirror Select a star of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place inside your box, duplicate, image, mirror Select a bling of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place it behind your jeans box, duplicate, image, mirror Select a lollipop of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place it on your grass, duplicate, image, mirror Select a bow of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place it on your lollipop, duplicate, image, mirror Select a ladybug of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place it on your grass, repeat this step to add another one of choice Select a wordart of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place where desired Open a tube of choice or use one of the dolls included with this kit if using the same kit, copy and paste as a new layer and place where desired Add what ever else elements you choose to add to your tag at this point as well as any drop shadow you may want to add to anything Add your copyright information as needed and your name where desired Select your first bling layer, go to adjust, add/remove noise, add noise, random selected, noise 25%, monochrome unchecked, hit ok, now apply this to your other bling layer Copy-merged your tag and bring it over to animation shop and paste as a new animation, now head back to PSP and undo these last steps and redo your noise effect but set your noise to 30% Repeat the above steps to bring your tag over to animation, then back to PSP and undo your last steps, then redo your noise effect but set your noise to 35% Copy-merged your tag and bring it over to animation shop and paste after current animation, you should now have 3 frames Once happy with your placings, save your tag as a .gif image and that's a wrap!
