·The Heart·





This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice:
I am using the awesome work of Keith Garvey which is a paid to use artist. You can purchase his tubes HERE
Little Girl's World Scrap Kit Piece By Alane which can be purchased HERE
Template and Wordart By The Lovely Missy download from her blog HERE
I am using Template 7 and Wordart Template 12 By Missy
No supplies included
Font: Grover-Bold
Open up your supplies and minimize them in psp

Open your template 7 by Missy and press shift D to duplicate it and close the original

Select the scalloped shape layer and go to selections, select all, float, defloat

Select a paper from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, hit delete

Select the round bling from the kit if using the same kit as I am using, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and be sure this layer is right above your scalloped shape

Select frame 1 layer with you magic wand, open another paper of choice from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, hit delete and drop this layer below frame 1

Repeat the above steps for your frame 2 layer

Select your layer titled "rectangle" grab your magic wand and click inside of your rectangle, open a paper of choice from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, hit delete

Repeat this step for your two other layers titled "large heart" and "small heart"

Open your wordart template 12 by Missy, your words will be on two seperate layers so select the first part of the word, copy and paste on your work space, now repeat this step for the other part of the word

Place your wordart where desired or follow my tag above, make sure you highlight the word "Heart" and go to selections, select all, float, defloat

Select a paper from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, hit delete

Open a ribbon wrap of choice from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and place above your frame 1 layer

Open a tube of choice, copy and paste as a new layer and place where desired

Select a wing of choice from the kit if you are using the same kit as I am, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and drop this layer below your tube layer and place where desired

Select a flower of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place where desired, repeat this step to add another flower

Select a butterfly of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer, place where desired, repeat this step to add another butterfly

Add what ever else elements you choose to add to your tag at this point as well as any drop shadow you may want to add to your layers

Add your copyright information as needed and your name where desired, for my name I used a paper from the kit for the color

Once happy with your placings, crop your tag if desired, save your tag as a "png" image and you are finished!
