This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X2 (any version will work) Tube of choice: I am using the awesome work of Steve Baier which is a paid to use artist. You can purchase his tubes HERE Scrapkit of choice, I am using Paging Miss Bettie which can be purchased HERE The only suppy included in the zip is the animated silver circle Font: Biondi Supplies used in this Tutorial can be accessed Here Open up your supplies and minimize them in psp Open a new image 575 X 575 Flood fill with white or a color of choice Open up a paper of choice and resize it down then copy and paste it as a new layer Now select another paper of choice and resize it down, crop a thin piece of it so you have it sized similar to my red looking border Copy and paste it as a new layer, image, rotate 90 degrees right and place as shown in my tag above Duplicate this layer and place it below your tag (see tag for reference) Select a trim of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and place as shown in my tag, duplicate this layer and place it below your tag Open the button border included with the kit if using the same kit and resize it down, image, rotate 90 degrees right and place as shown in my tag above Duplicate this layer and place it below your tag (see tag for reference) Select a frame of choice from the kit, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and place it in the middle of your tag Using your magic wand tool click inside your frame and go to selections, modify, expand by 3 Open a tube of choice, copy and paste as a new layer, once happy with your placings, go to selections, invert, and hit delete now drop this layer below frame layer Select a photo wrap of choice, resize it down, copy and paste as a new layer and place near the bottom of your frame Add any other elements you choose to add to your tag at this time. I added the cherries and the bow from the kit and used a tulip from another kit Layers, new raster layer and add your copyright information, a saying of choice and your name to your tag Copy-Merged your tag over to Animation Shop and paste as a new animation Duplicate your tag 7 times so you have a total of 8 frame in A.S. Click on your silver animation and press CTRL + A then CTRL + C and then click on your tag and press CTRL + A then CTRL + E and place it where desired Repeat this step to add more of that silver animation Once happy with your placings, save your tag as a "gif" and that's a wrap!
